Detlef Zedler (AKA Animal) is the first International member of the Chub Carp Academy.
Animal has been Carp fishing for over 20 years and has worked as a Salesman in a fishing tackle store (Anglershop Specht, Osnabrück) developing products for SS Rod Pods, Bait Boats and Baits for over 18 years.
Animal's favourite waters in Germany are the Canals and Gravel Pits, in Holland, the Twente Canal and in France, the Mossel and Carp Argonne.
His favourite methods of Carp fishing include Margin Fishing and fishing using PVA Bags and Sticks.
Some of Animals favourite Products from Chub include the Cyfish Tri-Lite Bivvy and Vantage Framed Carryalls.
Animal boasts a p.b at 44lb 1oz Mirror and a 39lb 2oz Common Carp.
